The mission of the New Brunswick Department of Education and Early Childhood Development’s Anglophone sector is to “[work] together, in inclusive learning environments, to support each child and student in reaching their fullest potential.”
The New Brunswick Department of Education and Early Childhood Development invests significant resources into educational programs and supports for their educators and school personnel to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills, competencies, values and commitments necessary to reach their goal of having “Everyone at their best”.
AEI has the authority to market and sell the educational programs and supports created by the New Brunswick Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and also invests in the creation of additional resources to support educators in its offshore schools. Currently, AEI is marketing the Autism Learning Partnership’s bilingual, evidence-based, high-quality professional learning and resources that prepare educators and school personnel to meet the learning and behavioural needs of learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Additionally, AEI has created a series of professional learning modules on Classroom Management to assist educators in becoming more effective teachers.
