** if applying for a position in China, there is an age restriction of 58 years old.
** if applying for a position in Brazil, applicant must have two years teaching experience.
In most cases, AEI or the school will assist you with completing the required paperwork to obtain a work visa. Teachers can submit their application to Atlantic Education International, and AEI will forward the package to teacher’s country of choice. The following items will be required upon hiring:
- Copy of your teaching certificate or 120 TESOL/TEFL certificate
- Copy of Bachelor’s degree
- Professional resume
- Two to three professional references
- Valid passport
- Work visa
- Criminal records check report
